Every corner here has a story. From the high ceilings to the wide open windows, every detail was chosen to let in light, air, and a sense of freedom. We wanted a home that breathes with nature where you can feel the sunshine and the breeze, every single day.
Much of the furniture you see is crafted from teak trees we planted years ago. Watching them take a new life inside this home has been a deeply emotional journey. Each piece was designed with care and now holds a special place in the soul of this space.
Built with passion, surrounded by fruit trees and chirping birds, it’s a place where we pause, connect, and simply be.

What began as a quiet dream has blossomed into Samruddhi Orchards a haven of simplicity, sustainability, and shared happiness. Together, they’ve crafted a space where families gather, stories are shared, and life slows down just enough to savor every moment.
Seema Rajashekar – From Tech to Tranquility
With over 25 years in the IT industry, Seema stepped away from the corporate hustle to follow a lifelong passion: creating a place that feels like home, where joy springs from simple moments and nature leads the way. A devoted home cook, pet mom, and active community supporter, Seema infuses Samruddhi Orchards with warmth and care. Her long-standing commitment to uplifting government school children in Solur Taluk reflects her belief in nurturing both people and purpose—values that define the spirit of the farm.
Vinod Muniyappa – The Adventurer Grounded in Stillness
Vinod, has a rich IT background and global experience but is happy to call Bangalore home again. While weekdays revolve around technology and innovation, his weekends belong to nature and adventure. A passionate high-altitude trekker—having recently completed the KY2 trek and dreaming of Everest—and an avid biker planning a ride to Umling La, Vinod embodies the balance between fast-paced progress and the calming embrace of the outdoors. For him, Samruddhi Orchards is a grounding retreat, a place where ideas flow freely and instincts come alive.
